LA LUNA CLUB: THE SOCIAL MOON

The "Luna Social" is an event held worldwide every month on the day of the New Moon.

A perfect time to clear your mind, create new intentions and allow their manifestation in your life; a special occasion for us women to join together to practice yoga, meditate, participate in the practice of the ancient tea ceremony and to create intentions to be sent to the Universe.

The peculiarity of the event in Italy is the union between the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga and Arpaterapia.

Contents of the event:

1. Relax body and mind:

- Kriya

- Deep relaxation / Sound massage with Bells, Voice, Celtic Harp, Gong

2.Create:

- New Moon Ritual (write intentions from the Heart)

3. Integrate:

- meditation to create your own future - "Adì Shakti" dynamic meditation

4. Share: Cocoa ceremony

What is Arpatherapy?

It is a discipline practiced worldwide according to different approaches and in different contexts.

Arpaterapia in Italy, according to the method founded by master Ludwig Conistabile, is a music therapy model

which draws on fundamental concepts of Roberto Assagioli's Psychosynthesis, and is applied with techniques such as relaxation, guided visualization and therapeutic narration.

Some of the purposes and benefits of Arpatherapy are:

-a greater awareness of one's Self, the Center (the Soul, according to some traditions)

- the development and better management of Human Functions (Sensation, Emotion / Feeling, Impulse / Desire, Thought, Intuition, Will)

-contact with the profound parts that need to be listened to, understood and healed

- discovery of one's potential (the potential of the Soul; the Purpose of Life)
